Use our food approved Flawless Finish Buttercream & Ganache Plates to achieve a flat top and sharp edges to your cakes.
Instructions:
- Use these extra thick & sturdy plates to carve your cakes & guide your frosting in a perfect thickness around your cake.
- Bake a cake slightly larger than these plates, use a carving knife to cut excess cake using the plate as a guide.
- Once carved, carve 0.3" further to allow space for frosting (guidelines on inside of one plate).
- Place plates on bottom and top of cake, frost using both plates as a guide.
